Why Scaalex exists
Scaalex was founded in 2018 in Bengaluru, out of a simple observation: the deals that go wrong rarely fail on effort. They fail because a company went to market unprepared, negotiated against a single buyer, or worked with advisors who treated the process as a formality instead of the most consequential decision a leadership team will make.
We built Scaalex to be independent from any bank’s balance sheet, senior at every stage of a mandate, and precise about the difference between a deal that closes and a deal that still makes sense three years later.
