This section should provide details about the management team, and this is important because you are signalling to investors that the company is capable of achieving the milestones included in the plan. This section must have three sub-sections.
- • Management Team Members: Here, the name, designation and background of each member of the management should be included.
- • Management Team Gaps: Further, if your management team has a gap, it should also be included, i.e. the details about the key people the company expect to hire in future.
- • Board Members: Also, the details about the Board of Directors/Board of Advisors should also be provided.
