This section should provide details about the company’s product/services, pricing and promotion strategies, and it is very important because it ideally proves to readers that the company has a solid plan to reach out to the customers, thereby attaining new customer’s profitability. The market plan must have three sub-section;
- • Products, services and pricing: Here, details about the key products of the company, their features, benefits, pricing etc must be given in detail.
- • Promotion plan: This section should provide the reader’s details about the promotional tactics used by the companies to attract new customers.
- • Distribution plan: As the name suggests in this section, readers should be able to know the distribution plans of the company, i.e. how the company is going to deliver its products to the market.
